At Vape Street, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-inspired wardrobe. You can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
